Depopulation should be a top priority of US foreign policy

It is not bad at all to be reminded of the priorities of some of the most influential people in the world and those who actually manage the processes and happenings on the planet.
These people set the policy for decades to come. And their words are more relevant than ever.

Henry Kissinger on April 24, 1974 in his memoirs to the NSC suggested: “Depopulation must be the top priority of US foreign policy vis-a-vis the Third World. The US economy requires an ever-increasing amount of natural resources from abroad, especially from the less developed countries. Whenever population decline helps improve the prospects for such stability, the policy of population control becomes tied to the resources, costs, and economic interests of the U.S. It is no wonder that this policy under President Carter was enacted with the help of Kissinger and Brzezinski – both politicians closely associated with David Rockefeller.
