The Chief Medical Officer of Ontario, Canada, is planning a new (autumn) vaccination series.
Chief Health Officer Dr Kieran Moore says preparations for the fall Covid-19 strategy, including vaccinations, are well under way and officials are looking at various scenarios such as an aggressive flu season and new variants of Covid-19.
Ontario will procure more than six million doses of influenza vaccine, he said in an interview, and expects to offer additional doses against Covid-19.
Recently, high-level medical officials have been given the floor to advertise the WHO’s next steps. A few days ago, the Attorney General of Canada said that the right to private property should not be guaranteed.
