The judge released 400 pages of evidence, clearing the way for further revelations by Pfizer

Claimant’s lawsuit accusing Pfizer of cheating on Covid-19 vaccine trials is moving forward – a district court judge read out the complaint, including 400 pages of physical evidence.

The backstory is that Brooke Jackson in January 2021 sued Pfizer and two other companies with which the manufacturer entered into a test contract: Ventavia Research Group and ICON PLC.

Jackson worked for Ventavia for a short period of time in 2020 and then was fired after she filed a complaint with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) over alleged irregularities she observed during vaccine trials against Covid-19.

She provided The BMJ with a secret dossier of internal company documents, photographs, and notes alleging alleged wrongdoing by the Ventavia Research Group.
