Another Maidan – Is Kazakhstan on the path of Ukraine?

What is happening is that Kazakhstan seems provoked and well organized. The sharp rise in the price of natural gas was not from yesterday to today, but was known to Kazakh citizens about ten days ago.
Protests are only just beginning, and well-organized groups are taking part. They managed to capture key sites, such as airports, administration, military warehouses.
According to various analysts, Kazakhstan’s Maidan is headed by the Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan, led by Mukhtar Ablyazov.
Looking at the map the biggest riots and the seizure of the airport, public buildings is in the city of Almaty, the old capital of Kazakhstan, which is located very close to Kyrgyzstan. Activity in the new capital, Nursultat (formerly Astana), is relatively weak. This shows that there is an invasion of organized persons from a neighbor of Kazakhstan.
People rightly protested against the sharp 100% increase in fuel, an event used to create another source of tension in Central Asia.
Regarding covid restrictions, health certificates are left out and are not at the heart of the protests.
The likelihood of a change of government after the election is very real, of a similar government as in Ukraine.
