During a meeting of the inter-ministerial commission on the fight against coronavirus, head of government Naftali Bennett expressed the hope that the parents of vaccinated children would put pressure on the parents of unvaccinated children.
Bennett made this statement in response to the proposal of the head of the teachers’ union of Jaffa Ben David, who insisted that in the “red” cities, where only teenagers can attend school, in whose class at least 70% of students are vaccinated, this division was not carried out by grade , but in parallels.
“This is wrong,” Bennett replied. “I want parents to quarrel with each other. I want parents who vaccinated their children to pressure those parents who did not vaccinate their children.”
Bennett’s statements at the meeting of the commission were published by the political observer of Novosti 13, Sefi Oavadia.
