This was announced by the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Vasily Osmakov. The pharmaceutical company “R-Pharm” is engaged in the release.
According to Osmakov, the use of domestic vaccines will continue in the domestic market. “Here and now, in the wake of a rush of demand, we are working with our own production facilities, we are supporting our pharma,” the official said.
One of the latest studies showed that the Russian Sputnik V vaccine was more effective than AstraZeneca and the Chinese Sinopharm against the delta coronavirus strain.
The analysis was carried out by Argentine scientists based on a study of 309 plasma samples from people who have recovered from coronavirus.
