From September 22nd, a certificate confirming that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be required to visit the gym, watch movies or dine in a restaurant.

These rules do not apply to grocery stores. To obtain a vaccination passport, you need to undergo a full vaccination. This means that 14 days have passed since the second dose.
Starting October 22, the Ontario government plans to introduce a new QR code-based application that residents and business operators can use to scan.
New documents will contain a unique QR code that, when scanned, will display the owner’s current vaccination status and the person’s name.
