Be sure to soak the herbs in baking soda water for at least 15 minutes.
1.5 – 2 liters = 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
I advise you to pay special attention to lettuce leaves, parsley, dill – they are very close to the ground and especially successfully “catch” the cysts of roundworms.
Soda, of course, does not kill these cysts, but promotes their better “detachment”, and also neutralizes fungal spores.
The optimal level of hydrochloric acid in the stomach (and not reduced acidity) + bile, which actively works and secretes bile – this will be a good (but not 100%) barrier for parasites.
