A Colombian mayor shared a video of “paranormal activity” that he claims is a ghost attack on one of his guards.
It is rare for a paranormal phenomenon to be captured. Researchers can begin to investigate whether it is a fake. However, this video comes from the mayor of Colombia and for now there are no signals for changes in the video.
