Baking foil has serious consequences

Baking foil has serious consequences

Aluminum is a powerful neurotoxin that causes nervousness, depression and memory impairment.
An excess of aluminum is associated with changes in the lungs, kidney stones, impaired metabolism of phosphorus and calcium.

When baked in foil, about 400 mg of aluminum gets into food. This is facilitated by the acidic environment, which is created by lemon juice, vinegar and spices. It increases the absorption of aluminum particles into the dish.

Instead of foil, it is better to use special parchment or glass forms.
